Hello friends,

Happy Spring! We hope you all are enjoying the gorgeous blooms and signs of freshness that are so great this time of year.

Speaking of new and fresh, we want to update you on the latest news from Knack! Knack has moved out of our previous location in the Flatiron Studios building {1207 Pendleton Street} and into the fantastic new and improved working studio located at 1288 Pendleton Street! We are so thrilled to now be located between Village Studios and Art Bomb.......and have enjoyed transforming the 1288 storefront from it's forgotten state into a fresh new working studio full of life and energy! Knack has gone from 600 square feet to 1500 square feet, and let me tell you...we are totally enjoying all of the wide open space!

With the goal this year being to focus on production and furniture, the extra space is perfect for lining up three or four projects in a row and working down the line. As pieces are drying, there is room to work on another....and another.....and another.......and that my friends has just been a fantastic upgrade for the whole knack process.

We are so excited about this new chapter for Knack, and are looking forward to sharing it with all of you who have supported and encouraged from the very beginning! We appreciate you all so much!

Please save the date for Thursday night May 20th, where we'll meet at Knack and .......eat......listen to some live tunes......and just enjoy the evening. There will be a piece of "Knackage" on display for all to see.....then a drawing...and at the end of the night someone will go home with a new piece of furniture for their home! This is your chance to own a piece of Knack if you don't already......or for some of you........ to add to your collection!

More details to come as the time draws near....... we are so looking forward to a relaxed and fun filled night with all of you!

P.S. if you are coming from out of town.... make sure you have a way to load up your piece of "knackage" ......just in case you are the lucky winner!!

perfection....

.......it was a magical visit.....to a place where people are important, and slow design is perfected....to a tee......literally.....

......I wish I could have photographed how everyone was dressed.......and just the whole feeling in the gas station....the feeling of laid back casual goodness.....like "pull up a chair to the sewing machine table and eat your taco" goodness........

....matt and carrie were easy to love......and so passionate about their product .......it was inspiring to be among.......and so beautiful........to behold....all of it.......

this week at knack.....

...overwhelmed by the abundance of beautiful blooms...

...chucks that just happened to end up in the green drawer photo...

....right on.....

...sorting through many letters....getting ready to part with a few....lucky you...

...acquired three "old school" chalkboards that are divine....literally...

....more heartwarming sweetness from the best girls....

...say what?....

....my cup is so full....what a fantastic short week......

...I'm signing off ....on my way out for a few spring break days.....I have some really fun plans...and therefore hope to have a bunch of fun little diddies for you next week.....
