This morning I'm headed to ATL with my pal Lily, to hit up the market.....explore a new, exciting place called "the goat farm".....where there are over 300 artists studios {including some of my pals}....dance studios, galleries, and on top of all that, it really is an organic working farm!
I have been wanting to check it out from the moment I heard about it....so now is my chance! I also hope to hit up "sun in my belly", and grab a bite to eat....but I may be trying to fill a day with more than possible.....we'll see. I'm game.....but my body may tell me other wise! {wink!}

Oh man, Barb!!! You're headed to my hood! I haven't been to the Goat Farm yet (I do follow them on FB!).

I would love to know more about the 'goat farm' and art! I live in Auburn, AL and head to Atlanta all the time for Scott's and the Market.

Sheepyhollow, I know you loved the goat farm reference! I did not see any goats ...but I am told they are there....I had a wild turkey checkin me out though! :)
Lduncan, I did not plan my trip out to meet up with any bloggers! I would love to do that one of these days though. I had to drop off some supplies with Amy Osaba....but I would love to come back another day for some fellowship with you all! The goat farm is an interesting place:) I would love to spend more time there checking it out.

theobjectivist, Atlanta is crazy! It seems to be getting larger than life! I felt like I was driving in NYC! I enjoyed my trip though...and saw some really neat new places.
Sarah, I am so mad that I did not know it was the Scott's Flea weekend!! I would have stayed and extra day to go to that......not good planning on my part...I love that flea!
Hootenanny, it is an up and coming venue I would say, and I was dropping some stuff off for a friend of mine who has a studio there.....I think it would be great to go back when they have an event so that I could see the place in action, and more of what they do. I started following them on FAcebook so I could keep up!
